Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
- To request an exchange, contact us at clothing.valerio@gmail.com with your order number.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at clothing.valerio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
